The authors of selected papers presented at ACECS 2014 will be asked to prepare their extended versions for publication in the book series “Advances in Computational Intelligence and Robotics (ACIR)” (IGI-Global, USA), after undergoing usual reviewing procedures. Submitted manuscripts should conform to the standard guidelines of the IGI-Global's format. Manuscripts must be prepared using word ONLY and according to the IGI-Global's template that can be downloaded from here. Initial submissions must be FULL papers (preferably 10-12 pages) and not merely abstracts. Manuscripts that do not follow the formatting rules will be ignored. Authors should provide us with the word format because Latex is not accepted by IGI-Global publisher.
By submitting the paper to the ACECS 014 conference the author(s) agree that they did not submit this paper to any other conference and one of them will attend the conference to present the paper. Please note that all papers will be assigned a paper number. You will receive this number after you have completed the paper submission process. Authors are then required to use the paper number assigned to them for all future correspondence regarding this paper.

NOTE: Duplicate submissions will be rejected immediately without review. Manuscripts that do not confirm to the formatting guidelines (IEEE format) will be removed from further consideration without review.
Submissions must be original and should not have been published previously or be under consideration for publication while being evaluated for this conference. Selected papers from ACECS'14, after further revisions, will be published in the International Journals (confirmed).
