Manuscript Submission

Submission of manuscripts is totally online. If you are a new user to the on-line system please register and enter the requested information. If you are already a registered user, please do not register again. Please log-in by entering your user id and password to access your account.

Manuscripts preparation guidelines
Authors are required to format their manuscript using the IPCO template. To download the template, CLICK HERE. You will find the required guidelines in the downloaded template. The length of the manuscript should not exceed six journal pages after formatting. The word file should be converted into a pdf file before uploading the manuscript.
Manuscripts which do not follow the IPCO template format will be returned to the authors. SI units should be used where possible. All equations must be numbered consecutively. All references must be listed in the following manner:

Note on plagiarism:
All authors must note that plagiarism is an unethical activity. Authors must ensure that the contents of their manuscript are not plagiarized.

Copyright
Authors are required to transfer the copyright to IPCO once the manuscript is accepted. All the authors should sign the copyright form. A scanned copy of the copyright form duly filled-in and signed should be uploaded in the system in ‘Article Cycle’ page.

Manuscript Length & Processing
The length of a manuscript should be of 4 to 6 Journal pages including Figures, References, Authors’ Bios and Photos.

We expect to complete the review process within about 10 to 12 weeks. Authors will be intimated about the acceptance/rejection of the manuscript by the Editor-in-Chief. If the manuscript requires a revision, authors need to prepare a point-by-point response to the reviewers’ comments and identify these changes in the revised manuscript. Authors are given 03 – 04 weeks for submitting the revision.
