The main objective of the session is to present, and provide an open forum for discussing, the current, latest advances, developments and applications in communication engineering and signal processing and bring researcher and experts to discuss and share their studies, results, conclusion and experience. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:

-Network communication
-Security and communication Diagnosis
-Signal processing
-Image processing
-Speech processing
Authors are invited to submit papers for the conference through submission system (Easy chair) by 15 November, 2013.
