Papers submitted to ACECS'17 - should be written in English, papers schould have 4-6 pages.

Authors are invited to submit papers to the conference through the online submission system (Submit here) by 31 January 2017. Submissions must be original and should not have been published previously or be under consideration for publication while being evaluated for this conference.
!!! All submission must be done via the online system and respecting the IEEE Template or it will not be considered.

****All registered and presented papers in ACECS-2017 will be considered in an indexed proceedings "Proceedings of Engineering & Technology (PET) " . PET Proceedings ( CD ROM + ISSN number) will be handed to all registered authors during ACECS-2017.
Selected high quality papers (after presentation) will be extended by the conference delegates and submitted for possible publication in several special issues of the following journals:
