CEIT’13 has received 328 submissions from 29 countries (176 papers from Tunisia & 162 papers from else) : Algeria, Belarus, China, Egypt, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, India, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Libya, Malaysia, Morocco, Nigeria, Oman, Pakistan, Romania, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Taiwan, Thailand, Tunisia, Turkey, United Kingdom, and USA.
Each paper has been reviewed by at least two reviewers.
Only 198 papers have been accepted for oral sessions (acceptance rate: 67.4%) and other 60 papers accepted for poster sessions. The conference program consists of 03 plenary sessions, 12 Keynote Lectures, 34 oral sessions, 03 Tutorial sessions,02 poster sessions, 03 Excursions and a night meeting.
